Hello How're You? How're you really? When last did you smile this wide? I hope it was today.

But really in light of recent events How’s your mental health doing? I can imagine the last few weeks were the ghetto. Really dark places to be in and I feel you truly. This life no easy. Life wahala already can drive you crazy then add man’s inhumanity to man and Nigerias government and its way worst?

The truth is troubled times will always be with us. Nigeria will pass from this but in your personal life there will always be a reason not to smile and to frown. A dark spot. And nobody loves dark spots - Nobody but the devil because he uses them to manipulate us and make us depressed.

See we are creatures of pleasure created by a God who loves pleasure. He created everything and said it was good. When we are happy and satisfied we are at our best state and God is at his best too because God is most glorified in us when we are satisfied in him.

But the devil knows this and he hates both you and God - so his plan is to keep you depressed and sad.

Do you know Joy is your engine? Without joy you can't do anything. You'll be a shadow of yourself doing only what's necessary. The Bible said it long ago "The Joy of the Lord is my strength" but we failed to understand.

What I'm saying is inspite of life and its kasala you have to find a way to be happy consistently and keep your joy level up. It doesn't mean ignoring life but regulating and avoiding depression.
